A road accident has happened near Kumhet bridge in Supaul Sadar police station area. Two bike riders died in the accident. Both the deceased youths were returning from the wedding ceremony. The accident happened on Friday late night. Police reached the spot and started investigation by taking possession of the dead body.

It is being told that the deceased Chowti Sharma (27), Suraj Kumar Kamat (22), residents of Maheshpur Ward-2 of Karnpur Panchayat in Sadar police station area, late evening from their home in Laxminia village of Gamharia police station area of ​​Madhepura district to their relative Kharkhan Kamat. Went to the wedding ceremony. From there, at around 11:30 pm, they were returning home to Maheshpur by bike. Meanwhile, both of them died on the spot due to the collision of an unknown vehicle near Kumhet bridge of Supaul Sadar police station area.

The incident was informed by the local people to the Supaul police. As soon as the incident was reported, the Sadar police reached the spot and got involved in identifying the youth, after which the incident was informed to the family of the deceased. The dead body was taken into possession and sent to Sadar Hospital for postmortem, after which the local villagers along with the family members also reached Sadar Hospital, the family members are in bad condition by crying.

Local villagers told that Suraj was unmarried and the youngest of three brothers. While the second deceased Chauthi Sharma was married, who has three small children and two girls and a boy. A brother of Chauthi Sharma had died 20 days ago due to illness.
